From the Stage to the Bargaining Table: Let’s Keep the Momentum Going!
Last week’s strategy session was electric — and not just because of the ideas exchanged. It’s clear the energy is shifting.
We’re not just holding the line — we’re gaining ground.
Thanks to many of you, we’ve started receiving updated membership cards from workers who signed early in the campaign, ensuring we’re fully prepared when we move to file. At the same time, we’ve been connecting with new folks — every day, more of your co-workers are stepping up and saying, “I want a real voice at work.”
But let’s be blunt: a stronger union drive doesn’t build itself.
We need you to keep pushing.
The reality is that your employer has a legally recognized team fighting for their interests. You deserve the same — the right to sit down across the table as equals, backed by the power of a collective agreement that protects your rights and enforces what’s fair. That’s what this is about: having the strength and structure to make sure decisions about your working conditions aren’t made without you.
