We want to provide a brief update on the certification application currently before the Federal Labour Board.

At this time, we have not received any new updates or decisions from the Board. We understand that periods like this can feel uncertain and sometimes stressful as everyone waits for the next step in the process. Please know that we remain engaged and ready to move forward as soon as the Board issues its decision.

We are not yet your legal bargaining agent and do not have the authority to act as your official representatives in workplace matters. That said, we remain committed to supporting workers as best we can during this interim period and ensuring that you are informed and prepared for what comes next.

We encourage you to continue supporting one another and having open conversations with your colleagues about the benefits that come with union certification and a collective agreement. A legally binding collective agreement will provide enforceable protections, clear processes, and a stronger voice for workers across the Contact Centre moving forward.

Your continued engagement and solidarity with one another are important as we await the Board’s decision. We will share further updates as soon as they become available.
