Why Unifor?

Unifor is Canada’s largest private-sector union, representing over 320,000 members across various industries, including aviation. With Unifor, you’ll gain a collective voice to advocate for:

  • Fair working conditions
  • Job security
  • A say in decisions that impact your work and future

Unifor’s strength and expertise in the aviation sector mean we’re equipped to stand up for Operations Coordinators at WestJet. Together, we can achieve stronger protections and better outcomes for everyone in your role.

Thank you for your continued support and commitment. You’re making a real difference. Let’s keep up the momentum as we move closer to ensuring your voice is heard.

Reminder: Membership Card Updates

If you signed your membership card more than six months ago, please remember that you’ll need to update your card to ensure it’s current. Additionally, if you did not complete the second step—filling in the Adobe digital membership form and paying the $5 fee, as required by law—your membership is not yet complete.
