New Video: The Reality of Outsourcing at WestJet

We’ve just released a new video that captures what many WestJet workers are experiencing right now.

For many workers, outsourcing is an uncertain reality they’re facing. This video highlights the human impact of WestJet call centre jobs being moved from Calgary to overseas, and the urgent need to stand up for and protect good Canadian jobs.

This is not just about numbers. It’s about people, livelihoods, and the stability that workers and their families depend on.

Workers are speaking out. They are coming together. And they are taking steps to build a stronger voice at work.

We encourage you to watch the video, share it with your colleagues, and continue having conversations about what real, lasting improvements look like through collective bargaining.
