We are excited to announce our new online location for WestJetters to stay up to date with the organizing drive at WestJet. Our new home will provide you with the latest updates on the organizing drive at Westjet as well as support your initiatives to outreach to your coworkers to share information about the union advantage.

Our goal with this new website is to provide our visitors with an easier way to learn about Unifor and the union advantage. Our interactive platform will allow you to share resources with your coworkers or invite them to sign a membership card.

We will continue to update our content with helpful information, facts about the union advantage, sector-specific information about the air transportation sector, newsletters, and other Unifor announcements so make sure to check in with us often. We’ve also integrated social media buttons for Facebook and Twitter to support improved communication and ongoing dialogue.

We know that without a union, the balance of power lies solely with the employer. By joining together in solidarity, workers can shift that power to create a more equitable workplace where their voices are heard.

Signing a Unifor Membership Card

It is a simple process to join Unifor, Fill in the card by clicking on the join Unifor link.

Please note that some fields are mandatory. You are required to sign the card using your finger or stylus on a touch screen device, or by using your computer mouse on a non-touchscreen. Once you enter your info on the membership card, hit the “Click to Sign button, this will prompt you to pay the $5 fee as required by law. In the pop-up window, you can enter your credit card info to pay the $5 fee via PayPal – a secure online payment system. Unifor will never get your credit card information.

The signed card and notice of payment will be sent to Unifor’s Organizing Department. You will receive an email confirmation that you have sent in a card, and the second email once Unifor has confirmed receipt of your card.
