Update for WestJet Ramp Agents: Important Meeting with the CIRB

There’s been steady progress, and now there’s an upcoming case management conference (CMC) with the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) to discuss your official inclusion in the bargaining unit.

Here’s What’s Happening:

• Time: 11:00 AM (EST)
• Format: Zoom video conference

This meeting is a necessary scheduled step for the CIRB to hear from the parties and where Unifor will be pushing to include ramp agents and coordinators within the official bargaining unit. It’s a crucial part of the process, but rest assured, this is just one more step in the journey. Unifor’s Director of Legal, Farah Baloo, will represent you.
