David Gardiner - Service & Sales Agent

I am standing for the Bargaining Committee because our first collective agreement will shape our future. It demands preparation, sound judgement and effective negotiation.
My background in business, commercial negotiation and Contact Centre operations equips me to assess the facts, balance competing priorities and develop practical solutions.
If elected, I will push for clear protections against outsourcing, fair and transparent scheduling and vacation rights, competitive pay, and health benefits benchmarked against industry standards, including Air Canada. I will advocate for KPIs that support service quality rather than serve as disciplinary tools, and for fair treatment of employees on modified duties, free from discrimination.
I will listen, scrutinise proposals, ask difficult questions and be honest about what can realistically be achieved. I offer responsible leadership, thorough preparation and a firm commitment to securing the strongest, fairest agreement we can achieve together.
Michelle Gardiner - Service & Sales Agent

As a leader I always prioritize being a support to my team. I believe that ensuring people have the resources and tools they need, genuine appreciation and honest communication creates a foundation for a positive and engaged work environment where everyone benefits.
For far too long, we have not had messaging, policies, fair pay or a work environment that can be trusted. As we begin our negotiations to influence our roles and compensation, it's important we set the right expectation and tone for a stronger future. It's time we finally receive the right support and treatment we deserve that properly reflects our efforts.
I will prioritize the needs you bring forward, protect you when necessary by defending the lines we draw together and push management to ensure that company success never comes at the expense of employee well being.
I would be honored to be your support.
