YVR and YYC Ratification Results and Highlight Sheet
We are excited to announce the results of our ratification meetings held in YVR and YYC. 73% of members voted in favour of the new tentative deal.
After nine long months, we are pleased to present you a tentative first collective agreement that delivers long-awaited wage increases and improvements to our working conditions. Bargaining this agreement was a long and challenging process. As you know we applied for federal conciliation in April due to the slow pace of progress. Your patience, support and solidarity kept us going and fueled our resolve to persist and push for the gains outlined in the highlight sheet here:
