Dear WestJet Call Center Employees,

Greetings from the Unifor Organizing Department! We're Billy O'Neill and Lucy Alessio, and we're excited to provide you with an update on our ongoing efforts to make positive changes for all WestJetters.

We recognize and applaud the dedication of those among you who have been tirelessly advocating for the Unifor advantage. Your hard work and perseverance have not gone unnoticed. In fact, we've seen a real increase in card signing and outreach from Call Centre workers who share your vision for a better workplace.

To further support our collective efforts, we've made some changes to our website, with more updates planned in the days ahead. These changes aim to provide you with easier access to information and resources to empower you on your journey towards union representation.

We're committed to building awareness of the card signing campaign to ensure that every Call Centre WestJetter has the opportunity to make their voice heard. If it's been more than six months since you last signed a Unifor membership card, please note that a new card will need to be completed for it to be valid with the Canada Labour Board.

Unifor has a proven track record of making significant gains for aviation and telecommunication workers, and we firmly believe that it's the right choice moving forward.

Thank you for your dedication and commitment to making positive changes in your workplace.

Talk with your coworkers about the advantages of being a Unifor member and join together by signing a membership card.

Please share this link to sign a confidential Unifor membership card online and pay the $5 fee as required by law join.unifor.org/WestJet

Together, we can achieve great things.

In solidarity,
