We wanted to send a big shoutout to all of you who have been working so hard to bring Unifor to your department. Your efforts to talk to coworkers, share information, and sign union cards are making a real difference—and it’s working.
Thanks to your momentum, one group—Crew Schedulers—has just filed their application with the Canada Industrial Relations Board. That progress is inspiring, and it shows what’s possible when we stand together.
Now it’s your turn.
We’re very close to reaching the majority support needed to file an application with your group, too—but we’re not quite there yet. Every single card matters. If more coworkers sign their union card and pay the $5 fee, we’ll be able to move forward with a strong, united application to the Labour Board on your behalf.
Here’s how you can help:
✅ Talk to your coworkers—ask if they’ve signed and completed their card.
✅ Share your story—why you're supporting Unifor and what you hope to change.
